We are a Coliving operator who built our business from scratch without venture investments or hard money. That’s the real recipe for the success of SharedEasy and the success of our partners, Because SharedEasy was built on our own investments, we know how important it is to count every dollar. We keep profit in mind for every property we add to our portfolio.
We do all forms of partnership with landlords, but the model described on this page is a revenue-share model. Our earnings will directly depend on our performance. Our business plan is usually conservative, and we will be doing everything in our power to show you greater results, higher return on investment, and bigger earnings for all of us.

Our community is a diverse blend of millennials, newcomers, students, interns, actors, entrepreneurs, start-ups founders, ex-pats, and digital nomads. All of them are interesting people looking for an affordable option in a shared living space with a vibrant community in NYC. All our tenants are also prescreened before being paired with a property.
We work hard to keep your property occupied because in the end, we don’t make money until your property makes money. That’s why our first step is to make sure our vision matches your vision and to ensure your property fits into the Coliving business model and the SharedEasy business model.
