NYC Real Estate Tour: The cost to rent near the Empire State Building

Your visit or stay in New York City is incomplete without visiting the Empire State Building. The place is one of the most popular attractions in New York City. It is filled with breathtaking views to see. Check out the rent cost of the Empire State Building.

The 51st tallest in the world. Named after the nickname of the state of New York,
Empire State Building is situated on 350 Fifth Avenue Manhattan, New York City. The construction of the unique building was started in March 1930 and completed a year after in April 1931. There is more to this incredible building than the stunning scenes. Unlike before when you can only go as high as the 86th- floor observatory at the Empire State Building, today, you can go as high as the 102nd-floor observatory. With an additional 16 stories you can view every nook and cranny of New York City from the building. The Empire State building ticket cost is budget-friendly and cost-saving. You can get the ticket at the regular ticket booth, at a kiosk on the 86th floor or online. For travelers who are on a day visit to the city, make sure you either start a day or end it at the Empire State Building. The building is open for visitors as well as tourists every day at 8 a.m. While the last elevator ascends at 1:15 am, the observatory is open until 2 a.m. No matter the time of the day you visit the building, it is always open to give you a great view of New York City. The cost to visit the Empire State Building is more affordable than most attractions especially if you stay around the area. It is easy to get to the landmark from anywhere in NYC. All you need to do is to catch the 1,2 or 3 train to Penn Station or 34th Street and walk east two blocks. You can also take the B, D, F, M, N, Q, or R trains to 34th Street or Herald Square. The Empire State Building is located just right above you to the east as you exit the subway.
If you want a stunning view first thing in the morning when you wake up, there is an affordable option for you. Coliving in Manhattan is not only affordable but also safe and easy. There are many shared living spaces in Manhattan and SharedEasy, in particular, has many great locations around the City.
