In February, as the tide turned it’s wake to the states and New York became the epicenter of COVID-19, Governor Cuomo issued a nationwide call: “Please come help us.” The response to the call was overwhelming. We are waiving deposits, dropping prices almost 50% and cording off designated areas specifically to serve those who are coming to New York to serve on the frontlines.
