We call it Bernard Brooklyn Home, and it’s the best choice for coliving in Brooklyn. You’ll be impressed by all of the many features of this renovated modern home in Bed-Stuy,
Brooklyn.

Neighborhood

The location is Bedford–Stuyvesant. It has the largest collection of historic Victorian architecture, like the beloved brownstones that line the streets near our Bernard Home. In fact, roughly 8,800 buildings in the area were built before 1900. The Bernard House is a fully renovated brownstone with hip modern features and lots of amenities. Located on a short walk from the A and C subway lines and the LIR train station, it makes for a convenient ride into Manhattan. Some neighborhood bars include the Bed-Vyne Cocktail Bar, Lovers Rock, Eugene& Co., Saraghina, and many other local foodie favorites. Fulton Street with its authentic neighborhood vibe and Tomkins Ave on the other side of the block, offer a great mix of the old and new that is the new gentrified Brooklyn. Directly from your new home, you can be at Midtown Manhattan (14th Street) in just 25 minutes and at the heart of the Financial District
(Downtown Manhattan) in just 20 minutes. This is Brooklyn.

First Floor

The Bernard Home is one of our largest homes. The first floor is the most unique floor of the house. It has three bedrooms with a working desk and a wardrobe. But that’s not why it makes it unique. The gym and the recreation room with plenty of fun features make the home a favorite among students, digital nomads, travelers, and corporate execs. You can watch TV from the game area, play table tennis with your friends and roommates, and use other gaming amenities. You’ll also find two coworking spaces, a gym, and extra living space on this floor.

Second Floor

The second floor is divided into two separate wings. Each wing has four bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen with a living room, and also two shared bathrooms. The second floor also has its special perk. One room in each wing is a master bedroom with a private bathroom.

Third Floor

You can find a big master bedroom with a private bathroom and toilet. It also has two extra shared bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and another four bedrooms if we don’t count the master bedroom.

Fourth Floor

This floor has one master bedroom with your own private bathroom, a wardrobe, and a desk, four other bedrooms and two shared bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining area.

Fifth Floor

The last floor is also divided into two separate wings and has pretty much the same layout as the second floor. A master bedroom, four regular bedrooms with private desks and a wardrobe, a shared kitchen, dining room with a living area, and two extra shared bathrooms.

The entire house is fully renovated and fully furnished If you choose your room in this house you not only get an amazing bedroom but also the location is in a hot spot of Brooklyn that’s full of interesting history, museums, bars and restaurants.
