The apartment

This duplex apartment is fully furnished and stocked with all of the essentials. There is a fully equipped kitchen – dishes, pots & pans, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, appliances –we’ve thought of everything. There is a common living area with a sofa and a large TV, where you and your friends can have a cozy night in and even play board games with your roommates. The apartment is large with lots of sunlight, and every room has large windows. The kitchen has a dining area which is on the first floor. The first floor also has a full bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet, and two large rooms with queen-size beds. Both rooms have their own closets which are very practical and neatly designed. All you have to do is move in and enjoy your new home.

On the second floor, there’s also a bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet, as well as another common living room. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned, which will ensure that you’ll have optimal temperatures all year round. Safety is a priority for us, which is why the common areas are constantly monitored by cameras. In addition to security cameras, your room has a safe in it. You can be sure that your valuables will be safe 24/7. High-speed internet is also included in the price and the cleaning of common areas once a week. This apartment will allow you to experience the best of New York’s charm.
