About this House

The Summary

New York Dream Home is a modern renovated building which neighbors Williamsburg, Brooklyn’s most popular neighborhood — young families, startup founders, Millennials and career climbers have made Brooklyn, according to Economic Snapshot by the  State Comptroller’s office, the leader in job growth with a 77% increase in recent years. We are proud to call Brooklyn — one of the fastest-growing in college degrees, sales, and job creation — an integral member of the SharedEasy community.

The Home

We’ve let the light in at our Bed-Stuy apartments with walls of windows, modern furnishings, private rooms, and designer touches — all at an affordable price and move-in ready. In keeping with our company vision for hassle-free living, we make it easy to reserve with us. We offer flexible check-in and check-out dates.  We understand that many remote workers and digital nomads are looking for a solution for a place to land. We want to be your partner in pursuing your dreams and taking advantage of all the big city has to offer. No worries about hook up fees and utility deposits. We take care of all of that so that our members can concentrate on pursuing their passions.  We have hacked the traditional rental process and we have solved the problem of housing in New York City. We offer a built-in community, we want you to feel connected, we want you to feel that you are part of a club, a family.

We have a selection of rooms for you to choose from. We have shared rooms for rent in Bedford Stuyvesant — rooms with three-beds and four-beds. In addition to our shared rooms, we also have the option of private bedrooms — a designer’s dream with queen beds, upscale furnishings, and a private closet.  As with all of our homes, linens, towels, and comforters along with organizational essentials are provided. There are shared bathrooms on each floor — sleek and modern with plenty of space.

In addition to the room share in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, we also have our common living spaces. Each is open and airy with designer touches, comfortable furniture, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Adjoining the living spaces are open kitchens with stainless steel appliances and kitchen essentials including toasters, coffee makers, microwaves and dishwashers. Connected to the kitchen and living areas is a cozy dining nook for shared dinners and gatherings. We offer once a week cleanings, complete maintenance services, and each space is equipped with cameras in the common areas as well as safes in the rooms for your security.

Explore the neighborhood

At the intersection of old school and new hipster is Bed-Stuy. The neighborhood, which sits in the northern portion of the borough, has grown into an extension of Williamsburg, Brooklyn’s most popular neighborhood. This part of Brooklyn has enjoyed the upswing in the arts, eateries, and clubs in recent years.  Some of the “must-see/must-do” near the Bed-Stuy/Bushwick neighbourhoods are  Roberta’s , Shops at the Loom and Maria Hernandez Park just to name a few.
