Stylish, Modern, Sleek, and Elegant are just a few of the words that come to mind when we think of the Manhattan Home. Murals of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan City Scapes fill the space.
The open kitchen and cozy common living area make this the perfect place to build share a meal and enjoy your community. Relax on the vibrant sofa and watch the flat-screen smart TV, equipped with ROKU for prime viewing.
Share your favorite recipes from your country using the modern stainless steel appliances and decked out kitchen. We provide all of the essentials – microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.
All you need is your suitcase and your big dreams. Welcome to New York. Three of six private rooms complete with desks and private closets and windows that look out over the quaint sidewalks of the Upper West Side.
The prices listed below serve as an initial indication and are based on a 12-month contract. However, the final price will be determined by various factors such as seasonality, availability, and commitment level. Our pricing policy follows the principle of offering discounted rates for longer stays, ensuring that the longer you choose to stay with us, the more affordable your rates become.

The Manhattan Central Park Home is located in the Upper West Side, more specifically, in the Manhattan Valley, the neighborhood in the northern part of Upper West Side in Manhattan, New York bounded by West 110th Street to the north, Central Park West to the east, West 96th Street to the south, and Broadway to the west. Families can be seen pushing strollers, people walking their dogs are in abundance and since it’s just minutes from the prestigious Columbia University, students can be seen studying in coffee shops and diners. Besides just the residential feel, t here’s an abundance of the culture here. The American Museum of Natural History, the Historic Beacon Theatre, first opened in 1929, is minutes away. Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts hosts over 5 million visitors per year and it’s just blocked away. The Time Warner Center houses, The Shops at Columbus Circle and The Restaurant & Bar Collection, along with Frederick P. Rose Hall, home of Jazz at Lincoln Center. The American Folk Art Museum is a renowned place of discovery and a rare gem in the City.
Of course, the Upper West Side has its share of delicious restaurants. We love our Manhattan Valley eateries. Calle Ocho is one of the favorites in the Upper West Side for brunch. Nobody Told Me is a super cool bar with amazing “designer” cocktails (We love the “Guilty of Everything” with its pineapple-infused rum.) Bob’s Your Uncle is a fun bar where their mantra is “we treat you like family.” It’s cheap and delicious eats in Columbus. The Cathedral of St. John the Divine in Morningside Heights is the biggest cathedral in North America so it’s definitely worth a look. Straus Park, named for Isidor Straus and his wife Ida, who died on the Titanic. The park often has free concerts and other activities for everyone to enjoy and it’s super close to the Manhattan Home.
