Murals of Italian villas are scattered about in the three-story home complete with two open kitchens, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and spacious room for potluck dinners. The open living space is perfect for movie nights or for relaxing after a day in the hectic City. That’s the beauty of LIC, it’s equally exciting but much less hectic than Midtown Manhattan.

At Long Island City Home, we have a selection of rooms for you to choose from. We have shared rooms for rent in Long Island City, Queens — spacious rooms with three beds and plenty of light.In addition to our shared rooms, we also have the option of private bedrooms — a designer’s dream with full beds, upscale furnishings, and some with a private closet. As with all of our homes, linens, towels, and comforters, along with organizational essentials, are provided. There are shared bathrooms on each floor — sleek and modern.

In addition to the room share in Long Island City, New York, we also have our common living spaces. Each is comfortable and cozy with large area rugs and designer touches, comfortable furniture, and a flat-screen for movie nights. Perfect for pasta nights and potluck dinners are the open kitchens with stainless steel appliances and kitchen essentials, including toasters, coffee makers, microwaves, and dishwashers. We offer once a week cleanings, complete maintenance services, and each space is equipped with cameras in the common areas as well as safes in the rooms for your security.

The prices listed below serve as an initial indication and are based on a 12-month contract. However, the final price will be determined by various factors such as seasonality, availability, and commitment level. Our pricing policy follows the principle of offering discounted rates for longer stays, ensuring that the longer you choose to stay with us, the more affordable your rates become.
