There are countless restaurants and cafes. Polish restaurants, record stores, vintage boutiques, juice bars, and well as vegan and
organic restaurants and grocery stores are abundant in Greenpoint Brooklyn. Greenpoint is also within the zone of Citibike which is New York City’s public bike chain, is close by The house is conveniently located, Time Square is just a 20-minute drive and a 30 min drive from JFK. You have the G train around the corner which connects you to practically all of the subway lines, and it’s only 20 minutes away to both Union Square and Midtown Manhattan.

Privacy- Illusion or reality?

One might say that there’s no privacy in co-living, however, this Greenpoint house will dispel that myth. You can rent your own large bedroom with its own walk-in closet, or just a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Both of these rooms are huge, and if you’re looking for a large space in a quiet and cozy home, you’ve found it.

Two-story townhouse in Brooklyn

This co-living house in Greenpoint, Brooklyn is a fully furnished two-story home. On the first floor, there’s a beautiful lounging area where you can work from home and enjoy your coffee. You can also find two more large bedrooms, one with a single queen-sized bed and the other with three queen-sized beds.

The second floor is a bit more interesting since there’s also a really cool furnished living area which is connected to the dining room. The kitchen, which is fully equipped, is in a separate room. In addition to all these cool shared spaces, there are two more large bedrooms. One bedroom comes with a private dressing room, and the other bedroom, like the one on the first floor, comes with three large beds. There is also a shared full bathroom, with both walk-in showers and bathtubs, as well as a large wardrobe.

It is a really interesting house in a fantastic location. The house is fully furnished and we supply everything from high-speed internet to a washing machine, dishwasher, and it’s move-in ready. Forgot to mention, all of the rooms have huge windows!
