The Summary
The Manhattan Columbus House is one block from Central Park, a fifteen-minute walk from Riverside Park, and a 20-minute walk from Columbia University. It lies within the Manhattan Valley near the Upper West Side. The area is charming, quiet, unassuming, and has more parks (at least four!) within walking distance than any other part of the city.

There are a total of three apartments each with 6 bedrooms, all private with queen-sized beds, high-quality bedding, towels, and each room has a closet. There are three bathrooms in each apartment. The apartments have an open floor plan where the community is fostered — relax on the couch and watch the flat-screen smart TV, equipped with ROKU for prime viewing, dine together at the big table perfectly suited for sharing stories and getting to know your housemates. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gas ranges, and all are stocked with the essentials — toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes — everything you need to be set up for a comfortable living.
The prices listed below serve as an initial indication and are based on a 12-month contract. However, the final price will be determined by various factors such as seasonality, availability, and commitment level. Our pricing policy follows the principle of offering discounted rates for longer stays, ensuring that the longer you choose to stay with us, the more affordable your rates become.

The culinary drink scene has started to take off in Manhattan Valley, Upper West Side area. Mama’s Too! Is a favorite for delicious pizza and Sal & Carmine’s remains the longtime slice mainstay; Grain House, Atlas Kitchen, and 108 Food Dried Hot Pot have brought their touch of Asian in recent years. Thai Market is considered one of the best Thai places in all of Manhattan; Cascabel Taqueria’s outdoor seating is filled up every summer night, and Dive 106 and Bob’s Your Uncle are locally-beloved neighborhood dives.
