Testimonials

Everything was top standard, nothing cause any troubles! The home throought was clean and well maintained. I stayed there for a month in shared room. Overall I would highly recommend!

Living at the Bernard Brooklyn Home was really nice. The people were pleasant, the process was smooth and without any stress. The staff was always available and answered in a timely fashion!

I enjoyed my stay at SharedEasy and never had a problem. The room was as indicated on the website and the cleaning lady came every week as agreed. I got along well with my roommates and communication was important when we had to deal with things. I am happy with my stay and the fact that the managers come by regularly to see if everything was going well.

SharedEasy, especially the property at 107th and Manhattan, is nothing short of convenient for anyone looking to make a life in NYC. Great decor, great amenities. Of note, Kijuan, the Community Manager, makes sure the members are in contact with each other about events, our cleaning service, and happenings within the SharedEasy network. I’d recommend SharedEasy to anyone looking to start a life in New York, whether moving here for their first job in the city or doing an internship to land that first offer.

I had a huge different co-living experience and I should say this one is the best. The house is really huge, with its reeeeeeaaaaally big bedrooms, everything you need in it from kitchen supplies to bedsheets, high-speed internet which was really nice since I am a freelancer and work mostly from home, comfortable furniture and of course very nice people. The company offers weekly cleaning service which is great, imagine you’re coming home and its clean haha Very nice people in the house, I got no issues but was promised if anything happens it would have been solved right away. The area it is a separate chapter lol Williamsburg is the best area to live in Brooklyn. Friendly neighborhood, a lot of places to go to, and it takes 20 minutes to get to Manhattan. So long story short, it’s an amazing place for an affordable price. You won’t regret!!

Very nice place in hip and upcoming area. Roomates were great to talk to.

House was spotless and kitchen very well equipped.

Seriously don’t hesitate to stay here. Everything is new, modern, and clean. There were a few work-in-progress situations with the washer/oven/etc, but even with all of that, it’s a great place to be. I can’t imagine how incredible it will be in the near future. Also, a great place to meet people if you’re new to NYC. Shoutout to Kijuan and Melanie for going above and beyond to make this the best possible experience for everyone.

I’ve stayed at Bushwick Terrace Home for a month and it’s been amazing! I’ve felt super comfortable and If I had a problem, it was solved within the day. I’m a student and for me important for the rooms have plenty of a space to be comfortable, the best thing is the desk to study and having space for the computer. I’ve been sharing the apt with good residents too! Thanks for all SharedEasy! I would recommend it!

I had an incredible co-living experience with SharedEasy! The sense of community within the Bernard Brooklyn Home helped me settle into a city where I didn’t know anyone, and I wouldn’t trade the experience for the world. I met some amazing people who were on journeys far different than mine, and trading stories made my time there unforgettable. 5/5 stars!

What a great experience with SharedEasy! I think it’s the best and easiest way to rent a room in New York City.
They put customers first, make them feel comfortable and at home. That’s the atmosphere that you can breathe, with managers and flatmates always ready to help you. Efficiency and professionalism are the adjectives that best describe the company. I really recommend it!

Great experience in this coliving ! Nice, welcoming and well-furnished house with great roommates! Shared Easy is very professional and willing to make your stay the best! I strongly recommend this place and all their houses in NYC.

The SharedEasy team provided excellent customer service, Kijuan responds quickly and is very attentive. I first checked into the Broadway location that didn’t work well for me – it is on a busy street, a couple blocks from the train, and a walk up to the fourth floor. Convenient, but not ideal for me. They were gracious and allowed me to tour another another location and change my reservation.

The Williamsburg/ Greenpoint location is great – the neighborhood is pretty quiet and feels safe to walk as a single female at night. Between the apartment and the Nassau G train station, there are two parks and also a few restaurants, bars and grocery stores.

The L train from Graham runs more often and gets you into Manhattan quicker, but is not as scenic of a walk. Either station is a 15 minute walk. I’m also always able to find free street parking – just be mindful of the street cleaning signs.

At Greenpoint there is only one shared shower for all the rooms, but so far it hasn’t been an inconvenience, we all seem to have different schedules and I’m always able to get in. There is a full shared kitchen for cooking and enough cabinet and refrigerator space to store some food.

My private room downstairs is very large, the size of a small studio. This is great for a long term stay.

The place was very clean and organized. Both the host and the other guests were very friendly.

The location was also pretty good, 5 minutes walk from the AC subway line at the Nostrand Ave station. The host allowed me to check out later since no one was moving in the next day.

My complaints are that my room was the only one too close to the living room which was sometimes noisy.

I also considered the place a bit too pricy, but it is definitely a solid choice to stay.

Everything was great: Customer Service from SharedEasy plus the location, and especially my housemates! It was a life changing experience in one of the best areas on NYC. Highly recommended and hope I will be back soon!

Thank you for the stay. The experience, location, and value was great! As a co-living space, I made connections with many international and diverse people. The residents were warm and welcoming and lasting friendships formed.

I would like to thank SharedEasy for the amazing experience I had at Bushwick Brooklyn. Especially the house leader Kamila, who gave me all the necessary support to make my stay even more amazing and welcomed me with great affection!!! Thank you Kamila for all your professionalism. And I recommend it to everyone coming to NYC, I hope to come back again soon.

I had a great experience at SharedEasy. The staff was great and the house was modern and conveniently located with the subway just blocks away. The kitchen area was especially nice with new appliances and all of the things you need. I had a beautiful private room with a desk. I have lived in NYC before in the Village and after traveling I needed another place to stay to work and enjoy the city. I could not believe how easy it was to rent a room here and how much money I saved on deposits and hook up fees. Coliving is the only option that makes sense for me in a place like NYC. I loved the community, the location near Central Park and the blending of cultures with people traveling from all over the world. Thanks SharedEasy for a beautiful experience.

This is a great place for travelers and people who recently moved to NYC. The location is not the best but I did not have anything to be concerned of while I was out, even in the nights.

The place is clean and kept that way. You will have everything you basically need to get going. There is also a small backyard where you can relax.

The housemates are pretty chilled and had no issues except one person. However, that was resolved quickly.

Overall, shared easy is a great value for money in Brooklyn.

This was an amazing stay and a stay I’ll never forget. The space was awesome, the faculty and staff were so considerate and responsive and this is the place in my move to NYC that I made my first real connections.

Thanks for all of that.
