Wood flooring, granite countertops and access to a communal outdoor space give this spacious rental a perfect fit tor the surrounding artsy community of Bushwick. Washer and Dryer are installed in each unit pf the townhome and the bedrooms feature large closets.

Cornelius Home is on a border of Bushwick and Bed-Stuy, which combines trendy neighborhoods and eateries with a twist of industry in the northern part of Brooklyn, New York. It’s an area home to artist and hipster communities with plenty of street art, old distilleries and new restaurants.

New York City bus and subway lines run through Bushwick, providing easy access into the city and surrounding areas. Most residents who rent an apartment in Bushwick use public transportation.
Home Descriptions
The house offers two sizes of apartments for rent in Bushwick, 3 Bed / 2 Bath units and 4 Bed / 2 Bath units. Residents can choose private or shared rooms. Private rooms have a queen-size bed and a desk in the room. There is a master bedroom with en-suite private bathroom. Living rooms have sofa and TVs come with Netflix. All regular appliances, maintenance and utilities are included.
The prices listed below serve as an initial indication and are based on a 12-month contract. However, the final price will be determined by various factors such as seasonality, availability, and commitment level. Our pricing policy follows the principle of offering discounted rates for longer stays, ensuring that the longer you choose to stay with us, the more affordable your rates become.
