The Home
Greenpoint Home is a traditional Brooklyn building — set among brownstones and tree-lined streets with a backdrop of an industrial vibe now revamped into an up-and-coming arts and culture hub. It’s the perfect mix of old-world meets new creative.
There are four rooms in total, with a shared kitchen and a living space upstairs and a co-work space downstairs. You have the option to go for a private room or a three-person shared room.
The upstairs private bedroom has a large walk-in closet, the downstairs private bedroom has a sitting area with a dresser and wardrobe.
The second option is a shared three-person room — oversized and spacious — equipped with individual wardrobes, queen-sized beds, and bedside tables with lamps. All bedrooms have a window, designer touches, hardwood floors and they are open and full of light to ensure maximum comfort. We provide linens, towels and essential organization for closets and wardrobes. There are two bathrooms. The full bath is upstairs and has both a shower and a tub and there is a half bath downstairs.
The prices listed below serve as an initial indication and are based on a 12-month contract. However, the final price will be determined by various factors such as seasonality, availability, and commitment level. Our pricing policy follows the principle of offering discounted rates for longer stays, ensuring that the longer you choose to stay with us, the more affordable your rates become.

Greenpoint offers old-school community vibes as well as emerging art and culture scene. Trend-setting eateries, bars and live music venues, are scattered around the neighborhood. There is a backdrop of the original industrial vibe with just the right mix of arts and culture.
